zTrip is seeking dependable Fleet CDL Drivers to safely transport passengers across Kansas City with a strong focus on safety and customer service. Join North America’s growing network of transportation professionals and contribute to reliable, high-quality service day after day.

In this role you will follow DOT regulations, assist passengers, perform pre/post-trip checks, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure timely, safe rides.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Passenger (P) Endorsement required.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as a Fleet CDL Driver

Passenger Transportation

• Safely transport passengers along assigned routes and schedules
• Provide dependable and efficient transportation services throughout the Kansas City area
• Ensure passengers experience a comfortable and professional ride
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company procedures
• Adapt to route adjustments, traffic conditions, and operational changes as needed

Customer Service

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service on every trip
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed
• Support passengers with mobility challenges in a safe and respectful manner
• Communicate route, schedule, and service information clearly
• Represent zTrip with professionalism and a customer-first mindset

Vehicle Operations & Safety

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and service-ready vehicle
• Safely operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment when required
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
• Partner with dispatch and operations teams to ensure reliable service delivery

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

• Experience operating shuttle buses, transit vehicles, motor coaches, paratransit vehicles, or other passenger transportation vehicles
• Previous experience in transportation, hospitality, customer service, or related industries
• Familiarity with passenger assistance and accessibility equipment
