Ferguson is hiring a delivery driver in Indianapolis. You will deliver materials to customers, load and unload, and ensure ticket accuracy during each delivery. A CDL is required with Hazmat preferred, and a DOT medical card is needed to meet driver requirements.

You'll work Monday through Friday on the 1st shift, with overtime as needed. The role offers benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within Ferguson Enterprises.

Pay Range: Starting at $25 or more depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime Expected

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, whichincludes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dollyto load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range: $19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
