We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess a strong sense of urgency, and have the ability to work independently. This role involves coordinating transportation activities to ensure the timely delivery of products, goods, and services while maintaining safety and compliance with all regulations. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with team members and management, maintain positive relationships with customers, and adhere to all sanitation and food handling policies. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position requires availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You Will

• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain good relations with customers.
• Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers.
• Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
• Comply with federal, state and/or company requirements to secure and maintain any special licenses.
• Effectively communicate between Dispatch, Flight Administrators, CDL-Drivers, and management.
• Prepare correct paperwork according to company guidelines.
• Ensure correct invoicing of all delivered articles per flight.
• Ensure punctual arrival at the airport while keeping safety a priority, avoiding delays.
• Fulfill hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Adhere to vehicle fueling and associated procedures according to company policy.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections.
• Identify problematic areas and inform the shift Supervisor and Management of any issues.
• Perform other tasks as added or removed by management based on business needs.
• Complete all related training for this role.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to understand, read, communicate, and write in English.
• Reliable, presentable, professional.
• Team player.
• Ability to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer knowledge: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• CDL license with air brake endorsement.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug testing per regulations.
• Schedule flexibility for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic Math skills.

Physical and Work Environment Demands

Employees must meet physical demands such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work environment may include exposure to extreme weather, heights, and loud noise, requiring ear protection on the ramp.
