Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corp in Greencastle, PA is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team. You will represent IPC on the road, deliver and pickup pallets, maintain professional customer relations, and uphold safety and DOT compliance.

You must have a valid CDL Class A and at least two years of experience, a reliable work ethic, and be willing to help with loading and on-call duties. We offer steady hours, competitive pay, and a supportive team.

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve— on time, every time .
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe— DOT compliance and safety first , always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.
