Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a CDL delivery driver in Michigan on a Mon-Fri schedule (6:00am–2:30pm or route completion). You will deliver materials, assist with loading, and ensure proper ticketing at the customer site.

The role emphasizes safety, strong customer service, and the use of iPads for daily tasks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A/B license.
• At least 1 year of CDL delivery experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must have/maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Logistics/warehouse background a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Able to use iPads and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credit.
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and fuel as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to PPE safety rules.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDLA or B.
• Must have at least 1 year of CDL delivery experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet andmaintainqualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to independently lift 50+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally.
• A background in warehouse operations andlogistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate andoperatebasic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includesassistancewith loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns,validatingproduct match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay Range:

• $19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
