Job summary

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a delivery driver to join our team in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers home daily, no nights or weekends, and a competitive benefits package. Schedule Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Responsibilities include delivering materials, loading/unloading, processing returns, and performing pre/post-trip inspections. Must have CDL A or B with Air Brake, be 21+, and maintain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B with Air Brake Endorsement is required.
• Minimum 21 years old and able to meet CDL qualifications.
• 1–3 years of commercial driving experience required; DOT medical card in place.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading and secure delivery ticket.
• Pickup returns and verify products for credit.
• Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections and fuel as needed; report issues.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Support warehouse with orders, receiving, staging and stocking shipments.
• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL A or B with an Air Brake Endorsement.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• 1-3 years of commercial driving experience is required.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs consistently.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
