Job summary

Arnold Lumber Co Inc is seeking a CDL Driver to ensure timely, safe delivery of materials to job sites across state lines. You will perform vehicle inspections, assist with yard operations, and maintain clear communication with customers and teammates.

Requirements include a CDL A or B license with a health card, insurability, and at least 21 years old, with a minimum of six months driving experience. Lifting 50–85 pounds is common on the job, and prior construction deliveries are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver materials to job sites, maintaining clear communication with customers and team.
• Verify product accuracy, quality, and load counts; organize and secure loads for safe transport.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs or issues.
• Support yard/warehouse operations with loading/unloading and material processing for credit/returns.
• Follow all procedures including invoicing, credits, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.

Must be insurable for driving and have a clean DMV record.Must be at least 21 years of age. Will be driving a commercial motor vehicle across state lines (interstate.)• Experience: Six months of driving experience driving a truck.• Skills: Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
