Job summary

Ranger Environmental Services, LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a CDL Driver to join our team. You will transport and dispose of waste materials following our environmental policies, work a flexible schedule, and travel on your assigned route with local travel and per diem provided where applicable.

Requirements include a valid Class A/B CDL, hazmat/tanker endorsements preferred, and a clean MVR with a DOT drug screen. The position offers 90-day probationary benefits and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A/B CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are preferred.
• 1 year of Pneumatic Tanker experience is preferred.
• Clean MVR and DOT drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel on your assigned route to pack, transport and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive safely and operate in compliance with all local, state and federal motor carrier safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment according to company guidelines and log driving activities electronically.
• Local travel is required; hotel/per diem provided where applicable.

Job Requirements

• Roll off experience preferred
• 1 year of recent experience with Pneumatic Tankers preferred
• Maintain equipment according to company guidelines
• Maintain electronic driving logs
• Drive safely and operate in accordance with all local, state, federal laws as relates to motor carrier safety regulations
• Clean MVR and DOT drug screen are required
• Schedule flexibility

Benefits after 90 day probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 to 50 hours/week
