Job summary

TForce Freight in Birmingham, AL is seeking a reliable Dockworker with a Class A CDL to join our growing logistics team. You will load freight safely and efficiently, operate powered warehouse equipment, and help ensure on-time delivery to customers while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This full-time, on-site position requires a commitment to safety, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• CDL-A with Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements.
• 21 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Safety-focused with strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival and before departure.
