Job summary

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable, safety- and customer-focused Dockworker with a CDL for a full-time role. You will load freight safely and efficiently, operate powered warehouse equipment, and help ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include handling yard trucks, printing BOLs, unloading cargo, and adhering to DOT safety regulations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A license.
• Hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements required.
• U.S. citizen or legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Safety-focused and able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize damaged merchandise and RTVs.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Unloading cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival and before departure.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with dispatch on schedules and delays.
