Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a CDL Delivery Specialist to transport orders to local jobsites safely and promptly using our company fleet. You will ensure daily delivery schedules are met and provide friendly, professional service to customers on job sites.

Responsible for unloading materials with a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift and placing them exactly where customers need them. We value safety, reliability, and a team-first mindset, with room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift.
• An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license.
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred.
• Ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to local customer jobsites safely and on time.
• Meet daily delivery schedules and provide friendly customer service.
• Unload materials using dump bed or truck-mounted forklift and place them at the customer's site.
