Carter Lumber is seeking a CDL Delivery Specialist to transport orders to local customer jobsites safely and efficiently. You will operate a well-maintained company fleet and unload materials at the customer site using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift
• An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred
• Ability to be a team player
• Hire On Bonus to be paid out at 30 Days & 60 Days of employment

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to local customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner using the company fleet
• Unload materials on site using dump bed or truck-mounted forklift
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery
• Ensure daily delivery schedules are met and communicate any delays or issues
