Job summary

Carter Lumber is hiring a CDL Delivery Specialist to transport orders to local customer jobsites in a safe, timely manner with our fleet. You will unload on site using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift and ensure materials are placed where customers need them.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift
• An acceptable driving record and a current CDL license
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred
• Ability to be a team player

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to local customer jobsites safely and timely
• Unload materials on site using dump bed or truck-mounted forklift
• Maintain daily delivery schedules and provide friendly customer service
