Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking CDL Delivery Specialists to transport orders to local jobsites using our company fleet. You will ensure deliveries meet schedule and maintain a safe, professional approach with customers.

On site you will unload materials using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift to place items exactly where customers need them. The role requires prior delivery experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to operate a truck-mounted forklift.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials.
• Current CDL license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a truck-mounted forklift and load/unload safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to local customer jobsites safely and on time.
• Meet daily delivery schedules and maintain on-time performance.
• Unload materials on site using dump bed or forklift; provide friendly customer service.
