Job summary

Buffalo Rock is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser in Gadsden, AL to service accounts, deliver beverages, and merchandise on a route. This role supports the Retail Sales team and requires Class A CDL.

You will build customer relationships, execute promotions, rotate stock, and comply with DOT regulations. Weekend and holiday hours may be required; strong safety practices and timely communication with the Retail Operations Supervisor are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred
• Experience: No prior experience necessary
• Certifications and Licenses: Must have a valid state driver license, Class A CDL; DOT Certified where applicable

Responsibilities

• Service all assigned accounts per Buffalo Rock standards and Franchise Policy
• Sell in new products, displays, and promotions on the route
• Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships
• Communicate all transshipping activity and visit weekly accounts to manage pallets and supplies
• Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure group success
• Monitor accounts for CDA compliance and report changes to supervisor
