Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company in Dothan, AL is hiring a Retail Delivery Merchandiser (DM) with Class A CDL to join our Retail team. You will deliver, merchandise, and sell beverages from our Pepsi/Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio across assigned accounts, maintaining POS displays and executing promotions.

The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday work, and adherence to safety policies and DOT regulations. You will build strong customer relationships, complete paperwork accurately, and support sales goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; DOT driver license and Class A CDL.
Experience driving in a retail beverage distribution environment preferred.
Ability to perform paperwork and driver check-in/out procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

Deliver and merchandise beverages to assigned accounts according to policy.
Set up displays, promotions, and maintain product freshness and visibility.
Develop positive customer relationships and communicate needs with supervisor.
Complete required paperwork and coordinate with route supervisor on changes.
Follow DOT regulations and Buffalo Rock safety policies during daily operations.
