Scott Electric Company, an established electrical distributor with a Springfield, OH branch, is seeking a Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver to join South Main Trucking affiliate. You will safely operate box trucks, load/unload, and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and job sites while maintaining professional service.

Candidates must pass background check and drug testing; 21+; valid license with 3 years driving; DOT physical; benefits include health, 401(k), paid time off, and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving history.
• Must be 21 years or older for insurance purposes.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating van or box trucks.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company box trucks to deliver materials to various locations.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
• Unload assigned truck at delivery sites as required.
• Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and branch personnel.
• Perform warehouse duties, as needed.
