Qualifications

• Understanding of DOT and CDL regulations and safe operation of delivery equipment.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass MVR screen and medical certificate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating, selecting and loading merchandise.
• Plan and execute delivery activities, print loading tickets, and deliver merchandise on schedule.
• Unload, install, and test appliances and verify condition prior to delivery.
• Maintain safe loading practices and comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and communicate delivery status to customers.
