The job requires a Class A or B CDL, a medical certificate, and compliance with DOT regulations. Practical loading, unloading, and offloading in a fast-paced retail environment are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required in multi-unit CMV locations or Class B CDL with air break endorsement in single-unit CMV locations.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR screen per company requirements.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seek out customers, assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying and loading merchandise.
• Listen and respond to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when needed.
• Communicate information about stock, special orders, features, and warranties to customers.
• Plan delivery activities and load merchandise for on-time delivery.
• Unloads, installs and tests appliances upon delivery; ensure loads are safe and compliant with DOT.
