Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time CDL Driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. Home nightly!

Responsibilities

1. Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
2. Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Understand and take proper precautions regarding product hazards.
7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
8. Conduct proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Driving experience preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
4. CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
5. Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
6. Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
7. Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
8. Meet DOT and company requirements.
9. Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated hourly wage is $18-$21, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, it does not include participation in other benefit or retirement programs. Overtime pay is applicable as per law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and pay regulations.
