Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers eager to work, with a willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain required records
• Pick up and deliver products to customers
• Load or assist in loading trailers
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of chemicals and fertilizers, using forklifts or hand trucks
• Understand and observe safety precautions related to products
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and endorsements
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Availability for additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated hourly pay is $18-$21, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, other benefits, retirement, or paid time off are not included. Overtime and applicable pay laws are observed. Nutrien complies with all relevant regulations regarding pay and benefits.
