Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It’s ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently, using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license & applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. This role offers paid sick days but does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off due to its temporary nature. Overtime pay and other legal pay elements are included. Nutrien complies with all applicable regulations and internal pay equity standards.
