Position Overview:

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. Ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home every night!

Responsibilities:

1. Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
2. Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Understand product dangers and hazards, and take proper precautions.
7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
8. Maintain and clean equipment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma.
2. Driving experience preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license and endorsements.
4. CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
5. Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
6. Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
7. Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
8. Meet DOT and company requirements.
9. Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits are not included due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime and legal pay elements apply. Nutrien complies with all relevant regulations and internal pay equity policies.
