Qualifications

• Customer service oriented, able to assist customers and load merchandise
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Knowledge of safety procedures and DOT/CDL requirements is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies
• Assist customers in locating and loading merchandise
• Plan and execute loading, delivery, and unloading of items
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and correctly matched to invoices
• Maintain safe, clean and organized delivery and loading areas
