Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required for multi-unit CMV
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain medical certificate
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to pass MVR screen per company requirements
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise
• Guides customers on projects and answers questions promptly
• Plans delivery activities and loads merchandise per schedule to ensure on-time delivery
• Inspects products before loading or delivery and verifies quantities on invoices
• Unloads, installs, and tests appliances on delivery
• Updates delivery and route status in the system for tracking
• Maintains safe, clean stores and secures equipment and loads
