Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member for in-store customer service and delivery support. You will assist customers, locate merchandise, demonstrate product features, and coordinate loading and delivery activities in a store environment.

You will also handle loading, security checks, and ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations while supporting an efficient store operation.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to assist customers throughout the purchase and delivery process.
• Ability to plan loading and delivery activities and verify items against invoices.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by explaining Lowe's programs, stock, and warranties.
• Assist customers in locating, loading, and loading merchandise and coordinating deliveries.
• Load trucks, build delivery loads, and inspect products before delivery.
• Unloads, installs and tests appliances upon delivery; ensure DOT compliance and paperwork.
