Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a delivery driver to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, load/unload materials, and deliver to job sites while providing world-class customer service.

Requirements include a valid CDL, minimum Class B license (Class A preferred), a clean 3-year MVR, knowledge of DOT regulations, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL.
• Minimum Class B License; Class A strongly preferred.
• Three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) clean.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at job sites.
• Deliver materials to assigned area while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain records required for compliance with regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
