Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites while ensuring world-class customer service.

The role requires CDL, Class B minimum with Class A preferred, and a clean MVR, with adherence to DOT regulations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting equipment, maintaining regulatory records, and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred.
• Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation.
• Safely load/unload materials onto flatbed or boom truck and deliver to job sites.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
• Demonstrate professional customer service and safety.
