Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver for our Santa Clara, CA facility. The role focuses on safe, timely delivery of equipment with real-time access to fleet locations and delivery details via our technology platform.

Your responsibilities include operating under state and federal laws, loading and unloading, maintaining paperwork, and performing routine vehicle checks. A Class A CDL and DOT compliance are required, with overtime and on-call scheduling as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL applicable to vehicle weight
• Must pass background and drug testing as required by regulations
• Must pass DOT physical, as trucks are over 10k lbs
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in compliance with state and federal laws
• Transport loads safely and timely
• Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas
• Assist with loading/unloading and return equipment to designated area
• Maintain invoices, shipping docs, and deliver paperwork
• Perform routine truck servicing and report maintenance issues
• Arrange trailers in shipping yards for loading efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned
