Qualifications

• Must communicate product information, warranty details, and delivery status to customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service at all times per Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seek out customers to understand needs and assist in locating or loading merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise on schedule; pull goods, build loads, and load trucks within payload limits.
• Inspect products before loading for delivery; verify items on invoices with quantities loaded.
• Unloads, installs and tests appliances; ensure safe, compliant delivery operations.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and comply with DOT/CDL regulations.
