Job summary

Sterling Crane LLC in Billings, MT, part of Marmon Holdings, is looking for a CDL Crane Operator to join our field team. You will operate a variety of cranes, follow safety procedures, and communicate clearly with ground crews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes.
• Must hold Class A CDL and NCCCO Crane Operator license.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of cranes safely according to procedures and site guidelines.
• Assess ground conditions and look for overhead obstructions.
• Maintain equipment with daily inspections and routine maintenance.
• Keep logs and records of operations and communicate with ground crew.
