Job summary

Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, seeks Construction Technicians-Laborers with CDL to install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal and industrial rehab projects in Layton, UT. Starting pay $25.00–$29.00/hr, with 100% paid on-the-job training and a $4,000 sign-on bonus for CDL holders.

Role requires traveling weekly, lifting up to 75 lbs, and ability to work outdoors with PPE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician is highly preferred.
• CDL Class A or B with clean MVR required; Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair sewer lines using Insituform’s product and process.
• Prepare pull-in tube for installation by inspecting D‑Rings, chains, and attachments.
• Install the prepared tube using winch, backhoe, crane, or other equipment.
• Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Cure resin products using inflation tube, banding boots, and related tools.
• Learn Insituform’s products, procedures, and safety practices.
• Drive vehicles to haul crews and equipment.
• Set up and clean up at job site or shop.

Skills

CDL Class A/B

Valid driver's license

Hazmat endorsement (preferred)

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

OSHA certification (preferred)
