Job summary

C&L Water Solutions, a partner of Insituform Technologies LLC, is seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers with a Class A CDL in Marriott‑Slaterville, UT to install, set up and maintain pipes and valves.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for CDL holders, competitive pay between $21.00 and $27.00 per hour, and 100% paid on-the-job training with full benefits. Join a forward‑thinking company rebuilding infrastructure nationwide.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVRO
• Possess Class A CDL and align with Insituform’s vehicle standards
• Proficiency in pipe installation techniques and bedding/backfilling
• Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to travel; lodging & per diem provided

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment trucks requiring a Class A CDL
• Assist with laying, cutting, and bolting pipes
• Complete valve installations and maintenance of mains
• Maintain a clean, safe work site
• Perform trenchless labor duties: bypass setup, camera robotics, jetting mains, general labor; training provided
