Job summary

Insituform Technologies LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers with valid CDL licenses to install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer rehab projects.

Starting pay is $20.50-$24.50 per hour with overtime opportunities. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered for CDL holders, with a reduced amount for non-CDL hires. Full benefits, per diem while traveling, and travel opportunities are included.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred.
OSHA certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report.
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards.

Responsibilities

Repair various sewer lines using Insituform’s product and process.
Ensure pull-in tube is prepared for installation by inspecting D-Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable.
Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other equipment.
Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure equipment operates properly.
Cure resin products using appropriate inflation methods and equipment.
Learn Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, and installation techniques.
Travel weekly to job sites or projects as required.
Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site/shop.
