SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL required) to deliver ready mix to construction sites. You will be the face of SRM, ensuring on-time deliveries with a service-first attitude and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols and record deliveries accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing and scheduling.
