Job summary

DFA Milk in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate straight or pup trucks and deliver to schools, grocers, and institutions per a set schedule. You will ensure safety, complete daily paperwork, and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, keeping vehicles in good condition, and providing merchandising support when appropriate. Must meet DFA/MVD/DOT requirements and have a CDL B with Air Brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or pup truck to deliver products safely and on schedule.
• Deliver pre-ordered or unscheduled products to customers per route and expectations.
• Follow routes and report delays due to road conditions or breakdowns.
• Load/unload and stock products as required at stops.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Complete daily DOT and customer paperwork accurately.
• Ensure route inventory levels meet customer demands and document freight condition.
• Attend driver training and utilize company systems.
