Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a CDL Class B Driver to collect and deliver medical waste containers across Shakopee, MN. You will provide exceptional customer service, operate a 26 ft box truck, and ensure on-time deliveries while adhering to DOT regulations.

The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with $1,000 after 30 days and $2,000 after 90 days, along with full-time benefits and overtime potential. A strong safety mindset and stable, non-seasonal work are emphasized.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license required and valid DOT medical card.
• Delivery experience with 26 ft box trucks.
• Strong customer service and ability to build relationships.
• Clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedule.
• Non-seasonal, stable essential service.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Operating a 26 ft box truck safely.
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and communicating changes.
• Loading and unloading and organizing the truck per schedule and needs.
• Managing a route per leadership's direction and delivering timely service.
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting required.
