Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a CDL Class B Driver in Shakopee, MN to operate a 26-foot box truck, collect medical waste containers, and deliver exceptional customer service daily.

You will follow DOT regulations, complete pre-trip/post-trip checks, and maintain accurate logs while building strong customer relationships. This full-time role includes a $3k sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in a 26 foot box truck.
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours and inspections.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Valid DOT medical card required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to lift heavy items as needed.
• Flexible, can-do attitude and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Operate 26 ft box trucks and comply with safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Complete deliveries to schedule and communicate changes clearly.
• Load/unload and organize the truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage a route per leadership direction and deliver timely service.
• Maintain logs and perform roadside inspections as required by regulations.
• Perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
