Preferred Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a safety‑driven Ready‑Mix Driver to deliver concrete to multiple job sites across Florida from Tampa headquarters. You’ll operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks, perform inspections, and ensure product integrity with each drop.

Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, maintaining a clean truck, and complying with DOT/OSHA policies. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
