Job summary

Richards Building Supply Co. is seeking a CDL Class B Driver for our Peoria, IL location. The role requires a CDL Class A or B with Air Brake Endorsement, and flatbed/Moffett experience.

Overtime on Saturdays may be available, with responsibilities including delivery to job sites, unloading materials, and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have 1 year CDL B driving experience (or 2 years CDL A), a manual transmission ability, a valid DOT medical card, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A.
• 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience.
• Flatbed and Moffett experience required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.
• Current DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering products to job sites.
• Physically unloading material per customer requests.
• Receiving materials in warehouse and loading trucks.
• Processing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
