Job summary

Richards Building Supply Co. is seeking a CDL Class B Driver for its Decatur, IL location. Certifications of CDL Class B or A with Air Brake Endorsement are acceptable. The role involves delivering products to job sites, unloading materials, and assisting with warehouse duties.

1 year of CDL Class B experience or 2 years of CDL Class A is required, along with a valid DOT card and a clean driving record. Home every night with typical hours 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, and occasional overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A driver's license.
• 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience.
• Crane, air brakes and knuckleboom experience desired, but willing to train.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Heavy lifting experience.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering products to job sites and unloading material per customer requests.
• Receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.
