Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill is seeking a Roll Off Truck Driver with a CDL Class A for Seattle operations. This role drives commercial vehicles, loads and unloads donations, and supports routing between donation centers and stores.

Expect a 4-day, 10-hour shift (6am–4pm) with a competitive hourly wage. You will follow DOT rules, maintain safety practices, and contribute to efficient donation processing and customer service in a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to operate in-cab computer system for vehicle tracking and logs.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations (hours of service).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial vehicles to designated locations, including inner city traffic.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Transport donation containers from attended donation centers to Goodwill locations.
• Transport processed goods to outlying stores.
• Transport waste to transfer station.
• Pick up special donations and deliver goods as requested.
• Adhere to Seattle Goodwill and DOT rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and report hazards or accidents.
• Support customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Perform production worker duties when needed.
