Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age 21 for interstate routes (18 for intrastate roles).
• Valid driver's license held 3+ years with clean record and no major violations.
• Willingness to pass background check, DOT pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Willingness to sign the Trulite training service agreement.

Responsibilities

• Complete the four-phase Driver Trainee program including application, CDL training, and apprenticeship.
• participate in classroom and behind-the-wheel CDL training at an approved partner school.
• Deliver glass and aluminum products on local routes under a driver mentor.
• Advance to independent Class A driving after program milestones.
