Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring a Driver Trainee in an extensive four-phase program designed to take you from applicant to licensed Class A driver without prior trucking experience.

You will receive 100% sponsored CDL training, paid training, and opportunities for performance-based pay. Benefits begin on day one, with a clear path from trainee to full driver and a stable career in logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 for interstate routes.
• Valid driver’s license held continuously for at least 3 years with clean record.
• Able to pass background check and DOT drug screen.
• Willing to sign the Trulite training service agreement.

Responsibilities

• Application & Selection: HR screening, MVR/background review, DOT physical, and FMCSA Clearinghouse check.
• CDL Training: classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel driving, DOT compliance, load securement and CDL tests.
• Driver Apprenticeship: supervised ride-along and local routes with mentor, checkpoints at 30 and 60 days.
• Full Driver Status: independently operate a Class A tractor-trailer to deliver glass and aluminum products.
