Job summary

CJ Logistics in Mankato, MN is seeking a Local CDL-A Driver to efficiently deliver goods on local routes. You will work with our dispatch team, navigate early-morning shifts, and ensure timely customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 24+ months of Class A experience, clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations. Opportunities for weekend work and growth are available within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 24 months of Class A tractor/trailer experience in past 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 3 years.
• No serious violations in last 3 years.
• No DOT clearinghouse violations in last 5 years.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and ability to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly.
• Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.).
• Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday/ Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00am - 5:30am start time
• Flexibility to work an occasional weekend day
• Pay: $0.676 - 0.712 CPM (based on experience) ; Stop pay: $25

• Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly

What You Bring:

• A Valid Class A CDL Drivers License Required.
• A Minimum of 24 months of experience working in a full-time Class A Tractor/Trailer driving position in the previous 3 years
• No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three years (3) years.
• No serious traffic violations or convictions while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
• No clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations and Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
• Ability to satisfy FMCSA/DOT requirements including a clean drug and alcohol screen and a passing DOT physical.
• High level of reliability and commitment to the role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate interactions professionally.
• Must be able to read and speak the English Language sufficiently to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries to drivers.
• Must meet minimum age and insurability requirements (21 years of age or older) in accordance with company insurance policies and/or federal regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
