CBA Trucks is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers to haul no-touch dry van and reefer freight. Earn $0.75/mile on all miles and get paid weekly by direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience.
• Pass DOT pre-contract drug screen and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
• No SAP drivers; clean driving record.
• Able to stay out ~3 weeks; valid DOT medical card.
• Strong ELD logging and HOS compliance; professional dispatch communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van and reefer freight as an OTR CDL-A driver.
• Haul no-touch freight with Freightliner Cascadia equipment.
• Maintain compliant logs, communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Travel to pickup a truck if none available locally; home time with truck.

Description

CBA Trucks is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers. Earn $0.75/mile on all miles, paid weekly by direct deposit. Haul no-touch dry van and reefer freight in well-maintained Freightliner Cascadia, with no forced dispatch and unlimited miles. Our incentive program pays up to $2,000 in annual performance bonuses, $500 sign-on, $500 per referral, plus loyalty and birthday bonuses. Requirements: valid CDL-A, 2+ years OTR, clean record, no SAP.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
• Must pass DOT pre-contract drug screen and FMCSA Clearinghouse query
• No more than 2 moving and 2 non-moving violations in the last 3 years
• No SAP drivers
• Able to stay out on the road approximately 3 weeks at a time
• Valid DOT medical card
• Strong ELD logging and HOS compliance
• Professional communication with dispatch and customers
• Willing to travel to pick up a truck if none is available locally (travel paid)

Pay and Benefits

• Weekly pay by direct deposit every Friday
• Annual performance bonus: $1,000 at 36+ weeks, $2,000 at 48+ weeks
• $500 sign-on bonus ($250 at 6 months, $250 at 12 months)
• $500 referral bonus per driver ($250 at 6 months, $250 at 12 months)
• Loyalty bonus: $100 per year of service (up to $500 per year)
• $100 birthday bonus and $100 Father's Day bonus
