Job summary

CBA Trucks is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers to haul no-touch dry van and reefer freight. Earn $0.75/mile on all miles and get paid weekly by direct deposit.

Enjoy unlimited miles, no forced dispatch, and an incentive program with bonuses up to $2,000 annually plus a $500 sign-on and referral bonuses. Drive Freightliner Cascadia with modern gear, stay out about 3 weeks at a time, and benefit from loyalty and birthday bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience.
• Pass DOT pre-contract drug screen and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
• No SAP drivers; clean driving record.
• Able to stay out ~3 weeks; valid DOT medical card.
• Strong ELD logging and HOS compliance; professional dispatch communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van and reefer freight as an OTR CDL-A driver.
• Haul no-touch freight with Freightliner Cascadia equipment.
• Maintain compliant logs, communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Travel to pickup a truck if none available locally; home time with truck.
