Qualifications

Skills

Ability to operate equipment and maintain a CDL Class A license

Knowledge of established standard operating procedures and company policies

Must be certified on operations of safety; duck well-being and biosecurity guidelines

Ability to operate equipment safely

Ability to work effectively with others and communicate along all levels

Ability to resolve minor problems related to loading and unloading ducks

Certified through defensive driving training
