Job summary

Strange Trip Inc. is hiring CDL Class A drivers to support our FedEx Ground operation out of East Brunswick, NJ. We seek full-time drivers for the November–December peak season, with options for part-time or flexible schedules and potential continuation after peak season.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass required background checks.
• Evening/night availability preferred for ongoing work after peak season.
• Commitment to safety and equipment cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate Freightliner day cabs on home daily routes.
• Route to various locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Drive during day, evening, and peak-season shifts as needed.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Adhere to safety, customer service, and scheduling requirements.

Employment

• W2 company driver
• Full-time opportunities available during peak season (November–December)
• Both day and night shifts available during peak season
• Part-time and flexible opportunities also available
• Drivers interested in continuing part time after peak season are encouraged to apply

• Freightliner day cabs with automatic transmissions
• Equipment is maintained under a strict preventative maintenance program

Position Overview

Strange Trip Inc. is hiring CDL Class A drivers to support our growing FedEx Ground operation out of East Brunswick, NJ.

Our greatest need is for drivers who can work full time during the November–December peak season, but we are also open to part-time drivers or candidates with flexible availability. Opportunities may also be available to continue working part time after peak season.

Requirements

• Home daily – return home after every shift

• Full-time schedules available during November and December
• Part-time and flexible schedules may be available based on operational needs
