Job summary

Strange Trip, Inc. is a FedEx Ground linehaul contractor based in Lewiston, ME. We are seeking a CDL-A driver for a part-time W-2 position with PM shifts starting around 8 pm.

You will run a round-trip linehaul from Lewiston to Middletown, CT, with a sleeper available and home daily. We offer PTO, health benefits, and an IRA retirement plan for drivers committed to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license with minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience.
• Based in or near Lewiston, ME and available for overnight runs.
• Doubles endorsement required - or willingness to obtain one.

What We Offer

• PM linehaul position starting around 8pm out of Lewiston, ME
• Sleeper available fordrivers who prefer to stay in the truck between shifts.
• Home daily: Round-trip run between Lewiston, ME and Middletown, CT - back after every shift
• Part-time / on-call scheduling: We run 7 days a week - call us and we'll build a schedule that works for you
• Equipment: Kenworth, Mack, or Volvo trucks with automatic transmissions

Compensation

• $300 flat rate per trip
• Weekly direct deposit
